This proposal revitalises the Hong Kong Flour Mills building in Kwun Tong. By focusing on the proposal of a cultural centre as a common groundwork, it encourages cultural exchange for young cultural lovers and local cultural professionals.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The emphasis of multi-sensory experience is perceived as the key design element to trigger the interaction between the users, as well as the cognitive engagement associating with silo and vertical circulation to ensure an interactive vertical learning journey.
