“Have you had your breakfast today?“ This seems like a simple question. However, more than 60% of Hong Kong people do not have breakfast. Skipping breakfast in a long term will cause various negative impacts on both our physical and mental wellness.
In order to promote the importance of breakfast and highlight the negative impacts of skipping breakfast, this project will adopt advice from professional nutritionists and introduce healthy and fast breakfast recipes for people of Hong Kong. In as short as ten minutes, we aim to complete a delicious breakfast in just five simple steps.
