Dah sing bank has always been an approachable brand. After decades of operation in Hong Kong, it now hopes to further expand its market. Our mission is to help them connect with the target young audience. As the ambient of banks have always been rather serious, which that may induce nervousness in customers, a self-service café will be designed in the bank in order provide a more relaxing atmosphere while improving the overall satisfaction level of the customers. By taking the design concept of Japanese cafés, the café will have a smart casual and friendly atmosphere.
We will set up coffee shops to reduce the customers' anxiety and stress. By adopting the light-hearted and pleasant atmosphere in Japanese-style cafes, we can help customers strike a balance between managing their financial needs and psychological comfort. Meanwhile, “Sunny (新仔)”, a brand mascot, will be stationed in the store to interact with customers. For publicity, an online approach will be taken. We will use four-frame comic strips and other forms of media (such as social media posts) to convey clear messages and updates to the public so that they can easily grasp the latest information of the Bank and news in the current affairs. This service will bring about a better experience to Dah Sing Bank's customers and open up new market opportunities.
