PROJECT BACKGROUND
This project aims to formulate a social media promotional strategy that matches the brand and attracts the target market for the Lee Shau Kee Youth Oasis built by Po Leung Kuk. The Youth Oasis will provide working youth aged 18 to 30 with a high-quality living space that provides high level of privacy. The rent is only 50% of the market rate. Equipped with youth development services, young tenants can benefit their physical and mental health while experiencing the essence of resource sharing, network expansion, and giving back to the community. The Youth Oasis is expected to be completed and in full operation by the end of 2022. It will be the largest youth hostel in Hong Kong.
PROJECT CONCEPT
In order to raise the awareness among the younger generations and provide useful information about the Youth Oasis, we have made use of mascot content marketing as a promotional strategy. With fresh and authentic social media creative ideas, advertising campaigns, social media templates, merchandise, and many other creative projects, we have promoted the publicity in multiple aspects. Lil Green, the mascot created, is an experienced tenant in Youth Oasis. Audiences will be inspired by his sense of humour and cuteness. Together with his Green-star team members, the tree characters continue to promote the value of collaboration and grow together in the community.
